A: In My Account page, you can click on the Order History button and you will see a table that lists all your historical orders. You can click on the Re-Order button if you want to copy the item's information to My Cart.

Q: How to confirm an order?
A: In My Account's Quotation table, click on the 'Please Confirm' button for the items that you want to confirm.

Q: How to contact my sales representative if I have any problems with the quotation/order?
A: You can click on the Contact Customer Service button and send a message to your account's Customer Representative. Or contact your Customer Representative directly by the phone number displayed in the My Account page.

Q: What are the steps for ordering a Mold Base?
A: Step 1: If you are already a member, log on with your registered login ID. Otherwise, you have to register as a member first.
Step 2: Select you desired mold base in Mold Base Ordering, and then add the select product into My Cart.
Step 3: Check Out the items from My Cart. This action must be completed in order to send the quotation request to our Customer Representatives.
Step 4: You will then receive a Mail Notification (to your registered E-mail address) for the completed quote for your mold base. If the quote is satisfied, you must login to My Account and press the Confirm button of the order. Otherwise, please contact our Customer Representative for any further request by email or phone.
Step 5: We will proceed with the manufacturing of your order and deliver to the Ship-To Address you specified.
Step 6: You may check the status of your order in My Account page regularly to obtain the latest information of your order.

Q: How to select a Standard Mold Base?
A: Go to Mold Base Catalog and choose a Mold Base type. Then click on Buy button and select the basic information (Size, A-Thickness, B-Thickness, C-Height, GP Position, SP Position and Length of SP.) of your Mold Base. Then you must Check Out the selected MB with the complete Check Out process.

Q: How to add an additional service on the selected Mold Base?
A: After you have entered all the basic information of your Mold Base, click on 'Add Other Services' and you will see all the available services that can be ordered online. Select the desired service will bring you to the page of that service. Then you have to enter the required parameters and press Save. For any services that do not appear in the page, you may specify your requirement in the text area provided.

Q: How to select the Shipping address for my order?
A: When you Check Out the selected products in My Cart, we will let you select the Shipping Address for each product. If you want to add a new shipping address for this order, you can click on Add New Shipping Address button to define the new address.

Q: How do I know my quotation request is complete?
A: After you Check Out the items from My Cart, we will provide you with a Quotation Number to indicate that your quotation request will be handled by our Customer Representatives shortly. Please use the Quotation Number for any future reference.

Q: What should I do after sending my quotation?
A: When we receive your quotation request and the quote is ready for you to confirm, we will send you an email message to remind you to go the My Account page and confirm your order. If the quote is accepted, you can simply click on the button provided to confirm your order. Otherwise, you may contact, by email or telephone, our Customer Representative to further discuss on the quote.

Q: How can I re-order some products that I ordered before?
A: Go to My Account and Click Order History. Retrieve the order by using the Search Function. The historical order will be in the list for you to choose and order it again. The selected order will be copied to My Cart in the current connected session.

Q: What should I do if I want to change my Mold Base's configuration?
A1: If the mold base is still in My Cart, you may simply click on the Item Description and change the information of the added services.
A2: Once a quotation request is submitted, you are not allowed to change any Mold Base configuration by yourself. However, you may contact our Customer Representative to make the changes for you.

A: In the Product Catalog page, you can click on the Order button and then you can simply send your quotation request by filling the form with the item details you are interested. Our Customer Representative will receive the form and they will carry the follow up procedure immediately.
